Mark Phillips, CPA, is a partner in Aronson LLC’s Diversified Commercial Services Group. With over 25 years of public accounting experience, he is a highly knowledgeable practitioner with a diverse background. He provides audit and other assurance services to clients operating in a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, investment funds, professional services, hospitality and retail. Mark has also considerable prior experience working with clients in the government contracting, real estate, publishing and leisure sectors. In addition, Mark has worked on a number of SEC clients, ranging from very small registrants to multi-billion dollar corporations. Mark co-leads Aronson’s ASC 842 advisory group, helping clients with the implementation of the new leasing standard. Prior to joining Aronson, he spent several years as a partner with a regional accounting firm.
