Who is this retreat for?
The C‑Suite Retreat is designed for CEOs and COOs of associations and nonprofits with annual revenues greater than $5 million.

Is there a cost for Roundtable members?
The retreat registration fee is fully waived as a CEO and COO Roundtable member benefit. You are responsible only for travel and hotel costs, plus any personal incidentals during your stay.

What are the dates and location?
The retreat will be held in Louisville, KY, September 21-23.

Can I transfer my complimentary spot to a colleague?
Complimentary Roundtable access is reserved for the invited executive and is not transferable unless approved in advance by the CEO Update team. Contact Erin Murphy if you need to discuss a substitution.

What if I need to cancel?
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust program counts and waitlists. Conference cancellations received at least 10 business days before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations made after that window are non‑refundable, and no‑shows will be subject to a $300 fee. To change or cancel your participation, please email Erin Murphy.

May I bring a guest or additional team members?
Due to the intimate nature of the retreat, guests must be CEOs or COOs of an association or nonprofit organization to be eligible to attend. 

What is the dress code?
Dress is casual. We encourage comfortable clothing so you can focus on conversations, ideas, and connections. We recommend layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary, and comfortable attire for informal conversations and working sessions.
