Alex grew up in associations and followed her parents (who founded the Computer & Communications Industry Association in 1972) into the association community more than 20 years ago. Alex’s early interest has evolved into a passion for helping non-profits to leverage strategy and diverse technologies to achieve their individual missions.

At AWS, Alex works with nonprofit leaders to provide knowledge that empowers better digital technology decisions, facilitates mission achievement, and accelerates goals. She is a regular speaker and writer on a variety of technology topics, including digital strategy, personalization, data, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
