Dr. Tracye Weeks leads a team of strategic consultants that support project work related to HR effectiveness assessments, culture initiatives, performance management and talent management. Her team focuses on creating innovative solutions that fit into our client’s “bigger picture” long-term organizational goals.

Tracye enjoys collaborating with and training leaders on organizational effectiveness through the implementation of innovative people-centered strategies. Over the past 15 years, she has supported both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in strategic planning, oversight and “people relations.” Her creative problem-solving ability has helped to save organizations over $1,000,000 in operational spend by implementing solutions that are not only effective but efficient.

Tracye is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication and a Doctorate (PhD) degree in Human Resource Management. She is also a Certified Diversity Trainer and a Certified Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma processes. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Reader’s Digest Partners for Sight Foundation where she leads the Theory of Change committee.
