With over a decade of experience in search, talent acquisition, and human resources, and an additional decade of direct marketing and client management experience, she excels in talent assessment and relationship-building. At ISA, Danisha has successfully partnered with prestigious clients such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs, and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, placing transformative chief-level leaders. Outside of work, Danisha enjoys roller skating, serving in the community, and spending quality time with her family in D.C.
