Amanda Bickley serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Finseca, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations, human resources, and organizational leadership. Since joining Finseca in 2016, Amanda has advanced through multiple leadership roles—including Vice President of Human Resources and Board Relations—before being appointed Executive Vice President of Operations in 2025. In her role, she oversees strategic initiatives that provide leadership and guidance to the organization’s financial activity, support talent management, and strengthen operational efficiency.
Prior to Finseca, Amanda spent five years with Wyndham Worldwide as a Quality Assurance Manager, where she focused on operational standards, customer satisfaction, and performance improvement. Her career reflects a consistent dedication to organizational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and mission-driven impact.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, balancing her professional commitments with family life.
