Sandra Swab is a recognized independent consultant focusing on grants policy and management; federal funding reporting, data standards; and performance management. Sandra has spent over 35 years working in the federal government working in several federal agencies, the Office and Management and Budget, the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board and private sector companies supporting grants management and federal reporting initiatives. She was instrumental in establishing OMB’s policy for a single identification number for federal grant recipients and implementing Grants.gov. To date, Sandra’s work focuses on grants management training, federal reporting and data standards; writing articles and speaking on federal funding; and providing support services for federal and state grantees.
